ALDA has significant Property Development interests within Australia. Our property projects are focused mainly in the residential sector and consist mainly of high-rise residential apartments, townhouse and small unit developments as well as land subdivision developments. We are property developers and property professionals working to maximise returns to our investors, reduce costs and increase our efficiencies. We consider ourselves as a socially sensitive company who seriously considers the benefits of the communities we work within as well as the normal economic considerations that come with sensible property development.

Albert has been involved in the construction industry for 20 years and has extensive experience in Sales and marketing as well as financial structuring and modeling within the projects.

Darren van Aardt is a director of both the Greencapital Group of companies (GCG) and ALDA Properties, he brings over 20 years of development experience to the company.
